Lynn Shaw is deeply committed to inspiring people to create the energy they need in order to do what they love.

For 25 years—as a psychotherapist, professional speaker, trainer, marketer and entrepreneur—Lynn has been helping people recapture their enthusiasm about daily living, experience less stress in their lives, and learn once again the joys of laughing out loud. She is a passionate advocate of mental health and laughter therapy and has served as a resource on radio, TV, and magazines and been quoted in Ladies Home Journal, Energy, Today’s Christian Woman, First Magazine for Women, and Women’s World.

An adjunct professor at Ivy Tech Community College in Indianapolis, IN, Lynn guides lives by teaching holistic stress management and working as a career coach helping students of all ages create a vision for pursuing passions and possibilities. She also loves participating with professional organizations, and some of her favorite activities include the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor, National Speaker’s Association, Zonta Professional Women’s Group, and church retreat leadership.

A perpetual student of human behavior and relationships, Lynn is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in education with an emphasis in organizational development.

As impressive as her achievements are, however, Lynn’s most important accomplishment is having been married over 25 years to husband Rick and the mother of two magnificent sons!
